Working with me is a collaborative effort. This journey is an open-hearted, playful one, born out of my relationship with movement as my medicine. Sessions are held in a private movement space that has been curated for all the modalities used for repatterining, strengthening and attuning to your body. Guided movement sessions rejuvenate the connection between your body and mind, relieving tension, accessing deep core support, and weaving resilient strength throughout your being.

Offerings

Discovery session: Initial visit

Through a comprehensive movement evaluation we’ll identify imbalances in your body, get clear on your individual goals for our work together and explore foundational movements that will serve as your pathway back to feeling good in your body.

Movement session:

Each movement session will follow a restore and connect progression systematically restoring your body to its natural state, unwinding tension living in your body, activating key muscles and integrating your resilient strength into full body movement progressions designed to hone your stability, balance, stamina and strength.

Home practice included:

You will receive a customized home practice based on your personal goals and individual needs

Our work is an invitation for you to tune into you, get to know your body better and commit to daily self care rituals as well as movement practices that enable you to do the things you love from a place of confidence and joy.

Investment:

Discovery Session - $175 for 90 minutes

Movement Session - $125 for 60 minutes

Refine Movement Package - Discovery Session + 4 Movement Sessions $550
